Still the company, which we particularly
object to, consisting of Chinese and other
dourtful person: of foreign nationality, light
get itmolf registered as an unlimited company,
do business in China, incur liabilities and
be would up. There would be very little chance
of getting more out of the Chinese shareholders
personally after liquidation than unpaid calls
even if the creditors got that rauch, and i
doubt whether their Suropean or American
collengues would be able to take their place.
This class of company was left out
originally because we did not want nny such
company in China.
